Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of priyushtrader.com and the Priyush app, operated by Priyush Traders. By using them you accept these terms. If you use them on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
Who may use the service
The service is for businesses in the food trade. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
Distributor applications
Submitting an application does not create a distributorship or any obligation on either side. We may accept or decline an application at our discretion. An appointment as a distributor is governed by a separate written distributor agreement, which prevails over these terms where the two differ.
Your account
Keep the information in your account accurate and your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it.
Orders and prices
Catalogue information and the prices shown for your account are for guidance and may change. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we approve the order. Payment, delivery, shipping terms and quality claims are governed by your distributor agreement or our written confirmation. We may decline an order, for example because of stock or credit.
Documents you upload
You are responsible for documents you upload being accurate and yours to share. Do not upload malicious files or personal data that has nothing to do with your orders.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to reach data that is not yours or get around its security, scrape it or submit forms in bulk by automated means, or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
The content of the service, including the Priyush and Zenith names, logos and photographs, belongs to Priyush Traders or its licensors. Distributors may use brand materials only as their distributor agreement allows.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features. The service is provided as it is.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Priyush Traders is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or business, arising from your use of the service. Liability for the goods we supply is governed by your distributor agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or when a distributor relationship ends. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
